Our Mayfair campus of MCDH has a special place in my heart already. It’s been our daughter’s first year in a primary classroom and we love our teachers, the investment and feedback/ interaction we have with them and most of all the safe environment for social and personal development for our child. There are big and little things that mean the world to us- the way she tells me about her friends (boys and girls) that she enjoys playing with, even new foods that she wants to try because a friend had it in her lunch. This is a magical time for us, and we are so happy to have this special place that so much love and work goes into creating from the campus team and teachers.

We have been with MCHD since my son was 19 months old - he is now in his 2nd year in the primary classroom and my youngest is in the toddler classroom. I cannot imagine getting through the ups and downs of parenthood without this incredible community of teachers, educators and leadership. Thea and Claudia are so amazing with the toddler classroom and foster such growth and independence that I certainly couldn’t do at home. They are both incredible people who truly love children and are here with you every step of the way. Rubina, Fatima and Rachel have been so incredibly supportive and nurturing of my son in the primary classroom. I truly feel so lucky that they are shaping his early years of education. Courtney is one of the warmest and kindest people I have ever met. She is absolute treasure, as is the whole leadership staff! Jackie, Sarah, Danee- they make an effort to know each family and it sincerely makes a difference.

The toddler classroom teachers are the absolute best. By the first semester we felt like family and our son loved going to school just to be with them. Their guidance and thoughtfulness extended outside of the classroom and even wiith tough family losses were incredibly supportive. They made being a parent easier by keeping us updated on our son’s progress, helping fill in and be creative when the inevitable parenting things happen (missed emails, forgotten supplies) and were generally so warm and loving with all of us in the family.

Our son continues to grow and thrive at Mayfair Montessori Children's House. He tells us often how much he enjoys going to school to both socialize with his classmates and to learn new things. In the past months we have seen our 4.5 year old learn counting, basic math, geography, phonics, and arts/crafts. He is so close to reading!!! My preschooler absolutely loves going to his new school. His first day, drop off was terrible due to his prior experiences of other centers. When I picked him up from daycare that first day, he told me how much fun he had and about his “nice teachers”. He says his teachers aren’t angry, and his room isn’t dirty like his old school. Every day since, he walks right into the center and his classroom without any issues. I’m never walking into chaos at drop off or pick up, it’s very nice seeing the teachers having calm control over their classrooms. Beyond thankful to have my kids in a place where I know they’re being loved and cared for!
